Do you have a schedule for just Insanity and training for a half marathon? Anyone who has completed P90X, Insanity, and Asylum should have no problems with this.
It can slow you down and take away from your workout. Feel free to post some comments if you have any feedback on any of nisanity hybrids. Finally finished putting together a hybrid schedule that includes P90X, Insanity, Asylum, and running. These first two weeks will tell me a lot about where I am and where I have to go. The reason being is so that I can asyulm the soreness out before I run a 15K on July 4th.

Asylum can deliver amazing results but, as with any program, ayslum all depends on how much effort and dedication you put into it. I have this as an excel file that auto updates based upon your target race distance.
I just finished my first round of Insanity after doing P90X2 at the beginning of the year.
Do you have a schedule that could help me out, asulum with a bit more strength training? Back to Core is one of the shorter workouts in the series at only 25 minutes long and you will encounter this DVD on your third day with Asylum.

I would like to see if I can do it as a program in addition to my running. His background in theater and dance gave him an advantage when it came to choreographing routines and made his classes some of the most popular classes around. This workout focuses on the lower body and much of it is done with the jump rope.
If you are not a big fan of heavy cardio, you can integrate P90X and have more of a balance between strength training and cardio together.
My thoughts are to run 3 days a week and then do a weight oriented video from beachbody on the other 3 days. The Insanity Asylum program can be done alone or combined with the original Insanity program and P90X for more noticeable results. The Asylum nutrition plan will lay out what you should be eating for breakfast, lunch 9p0x dinner throughout the 30 day workout program.
